Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, which prints and ships products directly to you. Delivery times and shipping costs vary based on your location and the fulfillment facility, as outlined in our Shipping Policy (#).
3. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise specified and exclude taxes, duties, or shipping fees, which are your responsibility.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal). We reserve the right to decline orders with incomplete or invalid payment information.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. International Orders
For international orders (outside Australia), you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. Made Us Human is not liable for delays or costs caused by customs processes.
You agree to provide accurate shipping information to ensure successful delivery. Made Us Human is not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Returns for faulty or misrepresented items are processed through Printful’s global facilities, with return shipping costs covered where required by local law, as detailed in our Return Policy (#).
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for faulty, misrepresented, or damaged items, as outlined in our Return Policy (#). Australian customers are entitled to remedies under the ACL, while international customers’ rights vary by local consumer laws.
